Looks to me like a full scale plan by all these agencies to delay, intimidate, harass and deny these opposition groups or donors to shutdown their opposing view points.
Quite obvious with all this coming out. Especially all at once. Quite massive to tamp down now that investigations are under way. Looks like something that can not be tossed off with " nothing to see here ".
Going to be an interesting summer.
