This is too funny to be dirty - enjoy!

This is too funny to be dirty - enjoy!

The husband leans over and asks his wife, 'Do you remember the first time
we had sex together over fifty years ago?
We went behind the village tavern where you leaned against the back fence and I
made love to you.'  Yes, she says, 'I remember it well..'
OK,' he says, 'How about taking a stroll around there again and we can do it for
old time's sake?'   Oh Jim, you old devil, that sounds like a crazy, but good idea!'
A police officer sitting in the next booth heard their conversation and, having a
chuckle to himself, he thinks to himself, I've got to see these two old-timers
having sex against a fence. I'll just keep an eye on them so there's no trouble.
So he follows them.  The elderly couple walk haltingly along,
leaning on each other for support aided by walking sticks..

Finally, they get to the back of the tavern and make their way to the fence..
The old lady lifts her skirt and the old man drops his trousers. As she leans
against the fence, the old man moves in.. Then suddenly they erupt into the most
furious sex that the policeman has ever seen. This goes on for about ten minutes
while both are making loud noises and  moaning and screaming..
Finally, they both collapse, panting on the ground.  The policeman is amazed. He thinks he
has learned something about life and old age that he didn't know..
After about half an hour of lying on the ground recovering, the old couple
struggle to their feet and put their clothes back on.
The policeman, is still watching and thinks to himself, this is truly amazing,
I've got to ask them what their secret is..  So, as the couple passes, he says to them,
'Excuse me, but that was something else.  You must've had a fantastic sex life together..

Is there some sort of secret to this?'  Shaking, the old man is barely able to reply,
'Fifty years ago that wasn't an electric fence.'

Compromised GOP Strategy?

First the official strategy was to ignore Trump, he will destroy himself. Now it seems to be all the whining about how he can't beat Hillary in the general...really?

The person responsible for the Benghazi deaths, compromising our national security and currently being considered for federal indictment, as well as being hated by everyone in the country, save a few deluded feminists? I guess we're supposed to believe Rubio or Cruz, who can't draw more than 20% of REPUBLICAN voters, will somehow magically triple those results in the general?

"Rather than being afraid that Donald will lose, many I suspect are afraid he will win." Exactly!! Now ask yourself, why could that be? I can assure you, it isn't because he is soft on social issues.

They are in a tremendous panic that the usual big bucks they employ to move things their way isn't working. Once again, they betray their voters, and their own party, for their own selfish interests. It is the only way they know.

A Little Gun History

  1. Ready to hand your guns over?
  2. In 1929, the Soviet Union established gun control: From 1929 to 1953, about 20 million dissidents,   unable to defend themselves, were rounded up and exterminated.
  3. In 1911, Turkey established gun control: From 1915 to 1917, 1.5 million Armenians, unable to defend themselves, were rounded up and exterminated.
  4. Germany established gun control in 1938: From 1939 to 1945, a total of 13 million Jews and others who were   unable to defend themselves were rounded up and exterminated.
  5. China established gun control in 1935: From 1948 to 1952, 20 million political dissidents, unable to defend themselves, were rounded up and exterminated.
  6. Guatemala established gun control in 1964: From 1964 to 1981, 100,000 Mayan Indians, unable to defend    themselves, were rounded up and exterminated.
  7. Uganda established gun control in 1970: From 1971 to 1979, 300,000 Christians, unable to defend themselves, were rounded up and exterminated.
  8. Cambodia established gun control in 1956: From 1975 to 1977, one million educated people, unable to defend themselves, were rounded up and exterminated.
  9. 56 million defenseless people were rounded up and exterminated in the 20th Century because of gun control.
  10. You won't see this data on the US evening news, or hear politicians disseminating this information. Guns in the hands of honest citizens save lives and property and, yes, gun-control laws adversely affect only the law-abiding citizens. With guns, we are 'citizens'; without them, we are 'subjects'.

Can't remember what you were...

10 Ways to Rev Up Your Brain and Prevent Dementia

The brain is your body’s control and command center. Its power is complex, vast, and awe-inspiring — which means the idea of taking care of it can be intimidating.

Recent surveys suggest that an overwhelming majority of people realize they can reduce their risk of cognitive decline. What they don’t know is what to do and where to start.

The potential to lower your risk of cognitive decline lies in many of the same healthy habits that are also good for your health in general.

1. Break a Sweat

Exercise isn’t just about looking good for swimsuit season. Several studies have found an association between physical activity and reduced risk of cognitive decline. Engage in regular cardiovascular exercise that elevates your heart rate and increases blood flow to the brain and body.

2. Hit the Books

Some of the strongest evidence for reducing risk of dementia revolves around years of formal education — and this doesn’t mean getting an Ivy League degree. It can be as simple as taking a class at a local college or community center or online. Formal education in any stage of life will help reduce your risk of cognitive decline and dementia.

3. Butt Out

The reasons to quit smoking are endless, but you can add that it may help reduce your risk of cognitive decline. Quitting smoking can reduce risk to levels comparable to those for people who have not smoked.

4. Follow Your Heart

You know it’s good for your body, but did you also know it can be good for your brain? Evidence shows risk factors for cardiovascular disease and stroke — obesity, high blood pressure, and diabetes — negatively impact your brain and cognitive health. Take care of your heart, and your brain just might follow.

5. Heads Up!

Another evidence-based tip for reducing your risk of cognitive decline: Avoid head injuries. A brain injury can raise your risk of cognitive decline and dementia, so wear a seat belt, use a helmet when playing contact sports or riding a bike, and take steps to prevent falls.

6. Fuel up Right

Recent surveys suggest more than two out of three people said you can reduce your risk of cognitive decline by eating one or two of the right “super foods” — a misconception, since there is no research showing that individual foods make a difference. What we do know: Eating a healthy and balanced diet that is lower in saturated fat and higher in vegetables and fruits can help reduce the risk of cognitive decline. Although research on diet and cognitive function is limited, certain diets, including Mediterranean and Mediterranean-DASH (Dietary Approaches to Stop Hypertension), may contribute to risk reduction.

7. Catch Some Zzzs

You know the feeling: When you don’t get enough sleep, you just feel “off,” and you’re not functioning at full capacity. There are long-term risks as well: Not getting enough sleep due to conditions like insomnia or sleep apnea may result in problems with memory and thinking.

8. Take Care of Your Mental Health

Some studies link a history of depression with increased risk of cognitive decline, so seek medical treatment if you have symptoms of depression, anxiety, or other mental health concerns. Also, try to manage stress.

9. Buddy Up

Those lunch dates with your friends are fun, but they may have a more positive effect than you thought. Staying socially engaged may support brain health, so pursue social activities that are meaningful to you. Find ways to be part of your local community — if you love animals, consider volunteering at a local shelter. If you enjoy singing, join a local choir or help at an after-school program. Or simply share activities with friends and family.

10. Stump Yourself

Six out of 10 respondents in a recent survey thought that the right puzzle, game, or app could reduce their risk of cognitive decline. But helping to keep your brain healthy goes beyond any single tool. Challenging yourself to think in new ways may have short and long-term benefits for your brain. Complete a jigsaw puzzle, do something artistic, or build a piece of furniture. Play games, such as bridge, that make you think strategically.

All of these tips add up to a big boost for your brain. Research has suggested that combining good nutrition with mental, social, and physical activities may have a greater benefit in maintaining or improving brain health than any single activity.

The Gracious Believer

The charm of this life, is the understanding soul,
the heart must be reckoned with, but the mind must know
.

To prey on the foolish, or the one's in despair,
is to void out all conscience, and have no real care.

The gracious believer, in the good book of life,
is pleased to be sorry, and glories in strife.

His conscience is pending, the judgement of God,
he humbles himself, when whipped with the rod.

Oh, what hope there must be, when man lays down his life,
to save his neighbor, or show him the light.

How fortunate we are, to believe as we may,
till the coming of Jesus, on that wonderful day.

The pick-pocket syndrome

A little poem I wrote long ago now reminds me of
this pilfering government we are now having to
contend with. What a sorrowful bunch of hoodlums
we have obviously chosen to lead this great nation!!

The pick-pockets pockets
puckers with pilfering
he picks peoples pockets
'cause people pack his living

The peoples pockets he picks
is picked by him
the pick-pockets pockets
are never very thin.

Government at its best again.

Another shocking exposure...

Obamacare, the VA scandal, the IRS scandal--these are just a few examples of what happens when we give government huge power without oversight.

It's about to happen again--the Obama Administration is fighting for a government takeover of the Internet and the Federal Communications Commission is going to vote on it February 26th.

President Obama came out a few weeks ago urging the FCC to vote to regulate the Internet the same way that it regulates public utilities under Title II. What this means is that, for the first time, billions of dollars in fees will be attached to Internet service just like they are to telephone service.

You see, under Title II if someone wants to own a telephone company, there are fees baked into the law--fees companies pass on to customers.

Now, under this new regulatory regime, Internet service providers will be subject to these fees as well, and then pass them on to you, the consumer.

This is essentially a massive tax increase on the middle class, being passed in the dead of night without the American public really being made aware of what is going on.

The Internet is built on speed and dynamism, it’s always changing, there are always new and better ideas that are exploding onto the scene, and part of the reason for that is that innovators are not having to go ask Washington, DC for permission every time they want to do something new.

What this really comes down to is a fundamental question:

Who do you want in charge of the direction of the Internet: people at dot-com startups that brought us game changing companies like Facebook, Google, Twitter, Amazon and Uber; or nameless, faceless, unelected bureaucrats in our nation’s capital?

There is another aspect of this that gets overlooked: the Internet is an incredibly important force for freedom, for liberty, and the rights of free speech that we hold dear. It is an existential threat to tyrants in countries like Iran, Saudi Arabia, and Russia who seek to keep information from their people.

We must preserve the high ground for the United States to stand up to these countries and tell them to keep the Internet free and preserve free speech on the Internet throughout the world. We cannot do that if we are regulating the Internet in a similar manner ourselves.

I am not accusing anyone of sinister motives here, but I am deeply concerned about the idea of any government bureaucrat having the power to tell companies what they can and cannot do. In the long term, this could have a chilling effect on political speech, in ways that today we could not even begin to imagine.

We do not have much time left to stop this gigantic government takeover of the Internet. The FCC is voting on February 26th and the Left is mobilizing to support their effort to do so. We cannot let the conversation be totally one-sided. The FCC needs to hear from us today--not tomorrow or next week or next month. Today.

We must stand for liberty and preserve the Internet free of government interference.

Thank you for standing for Internet freedom.

Sincerely,

Senator Mike Lee
Republican-Utah

Financial Crisis Looming

U.S. Banks Can Now Steal Money Straight Out of Your
Checking/Savings Accounts

Forget Bail-Outs… During the Next Financial Crisis, Banks Are Going to Take Money Straight Out of Your Checking and Savings Accounts… Here’s How…

You remember 2008, right?

The last time big banks got into trouble, they turned to the government for help. The government gave them billion-dollar bail-outs at the expense of taxpayers (you and me).

Of course, nobody wants that to happen again, so banks have come up with a new plan.

One problem: the new plan is actually MUCH WORSE than their old plan. In fact, it could trigger bank runs and a complete economic meltdown in a matter of a couple weeks. Here’s why…

On November 16th of last year, the G20 met with little fanfare in Brisbane, Australia to adopt new banking rules. Since that day, the money you deposit in a bank is no longer considered an actual “deposit.” It is now a “debt” that the bank owes you.

These Word Games Will Have Devastating Consequences…

You see, banks are playing word games that have LEGAL implications. So when you deposit money in a bank, you are no longer a depositor you are a creditor of the bank.

Now if a bank runs into financial trouble, it can freeze your accounts and take some or all of your money – and there’s nothing you can do about it because you’re a “creditor.”

And you’ll simply be added to the long list of creditors who will have to use tedious legal processes to try to get their money back.

The FDIC Won’t Be Able to Save You from this Financial Train Wreck

Forget about FDIC insurance. They have only $25 Billion to cover about $3 Trillion in cash deposits. In other words, the FDIC has only $1 for every $120 deposited in a bank – not nearly enough to deal with any kind of financial crisis.

I know this all sounds a little bit crazy.

But don’t forget a scenario just like this already happened in Cyprus in early 2013. All bank accounts and ATMs were frozen for two weeks. Bank customers couldn’t touch their money.

Ultimately, many depositors lost more than 40% of their deposits when the Bank of Cyprus was shut down.

They have never gotten their money back – and they never will. It’s long gone.

Why Were These New Banking Rules Passed Now Instead of Later?

I promise you, the G20 nations did not adopt these new banking rules for some financial crisis far in the future. They know banks are on the brink once again and that these rules were needed to protect the banks – you know the ones that are “systemically important.”

The only question now is:

When is the next financial crisis going to happen? Because when it hits, the money in your bank account could vanish like mist on a hot summer day – never to be seen again.

Don’t let that happen.

Some are predicting the next financial crisis will happen this year: 2015. So you may not have much time left.

Last Thing: The last financial crisis in 2008 happened as oil prices crashed. Today, oil prices are crashing again. You might not have much time left.
