He wanted me to take a look at them because they have certain numbers and other things printed on them that need an explanation. When I looked at my own Birth Certificate, I noticed it was a copy of the original. So I went through old boxes and baby books that my Mom had saved before she died and found what I was looking for -- my original Birth Certificate. It was brittle and yellowed with decades of age but -- wow -- it was NOT the original! What I have learned since is kind of like discovering that you are part of the Matrix. It seems none of us have our original Birth Certificates -- they are all copies. And the copies have a serial number on them, issued on special Bank Bond paper and authorized by "The American Bank Note Company." Huh? The truth is stranger than fiction. But here it is: It seems that back in 1913 the United States was short of cash. World War I had depleted the treasury and there were several really bad financial panics -- in 1907 especially -- so the country needed to print more money than it had as equity to restore confidence in the money supply and get the economy back on its feet. When you or I need more money, we use something as collateral and go to a bank for a loan. When a country needs more money it has to go somewhere also. But in 1913 there wasn't anywhere to go. So the US created the Federal Reserve Act. This established a private central bank (The Federal Reserve Bank) that would regulate the amount of money the US government was allowed to borrow and put in circulation. It also would expect to be repaid, like any bank, with interest. After only 20 years things went from bad to worse. During Franklin D. Roosevelt's presidency, in 1933, the US was unable to pay its debt. The county was bankrupt. The private banks that made up the Federal Reserve demanded their money and Roosevelt responded. He had to use the only thing left of any value to pay the banks and continue doing business with them -- the citizens of our country. Us! Exactly how all this was orchestrated is too lengthy to be addressed here, but this much can be told. The original birth or naturalization record for every U.S. Citizen is on file in the official records in Washington, D.C. (you get to keep a copy!) and the property and assets of every living U.S. Citizen is pledged as collateral for the National Debt! Within two weeks and three days each Certificate of Live Birth is to be filed in Washington D.C. Evidence reveals that there is even a Federal Children Department established by the Shepherd/Townsend Act of 1922 under the Department of Commerce that appears to be involved in this process in some way. Every citizen is given a number (the red number on the Birth Certificate) and each live birth is valued at from 650,000 to 750,000 Federal Reserve dollars in collateral from the Fed. This kind of makes you feel a little different when you look at Federal Reserve Chairman, Bernanke, doesn't it? OK. Let's take a pause to look at the Birth Certificates [below]. You will see the red numbers and you will see the fact that it is, in reality, a "Bank Note." Congratulations -- you and I are commodities!   Names in "ALL CAPS" on Birth Certificates Since the early 1960s, State governments have issued Birth Certificates to "persons" with legal fictional names using "ALL CAPS" names. This is not a lawful record of your physical birth, but rather the acknowledgement of the "birth" of the juristic, all-caps name. It may appear to be your true name, but since no proper name is ever written in all caps (either lawfully or grammatically) it does not identify who you are. The Birth Certificate is the government's self-created document of title for its new property -- you and me! In a way, it makes us a kind of corporation whose company name is the same as our real name, but written in ALL CAPS. This "corporation" then generates taxes and wealth over its lifetime and in this way repays the collateral that Uncle Sam borrowed from the Federal Reserve. Remember that "Bond" thing printed on the bottom of the certificate?   Bond. I a: A usually formal written agreement by which a person undertakes to perform a certain act (as fulfill the obligations of a contract) . . with the condition that failure to perform or abstain will obligate the person . . to pay a sum of money or will result in the forfeiture of money put up by the person or surety. lb: One who acts as a surety. 2: An interest-bearing document giving evidence of a debt issued by a government body or corporation that is sometimes secured by a lien on property and is often designed to take care of a particular financial need. -- Ibid. -- Merriam-Webster Dictionary of Law (1996). Banknote. A kind of negotiable instrument, a promissory note made by a bank payable to the bearer on demand, used as money, and in many jurisdictions is legal tender. Along with coins, banknotes make up the cash or bearer forms of all modern money. Birth certificates are a form of securities called "warehouse receipts." The items included on a warehouse receipt, as descried at §7-202 of the Uniform Commercial Code, the law which governs commercial paper and transactions, which parallel a birth certificate are: the location of the warehouse where the goods are stored...(residence) the date of issue of the receipt.....("Date issued") the consecutive number of the receipt...(found on back or front of the certificate, usually in red numbers) a description of the goods or of the packages containing them...(name, sex, date of birth, etc.) the signature of the warehouseman, which may be made by his authorized agent...(municipal clerk or state registrar's signature) Birth certificates now appear to at least qualify as "warehouse receipts" under the Uniform Commercial Code. Black's Law Dictionary, 7th ed. defines: Warehouse Receipt. "...A warehouse receipt, which is considered a document of title, may be a negotiable instrument and is often used for financing with inventory as security." It is not difficult to see that a state-created Birth Certificate, with an ALL CAPS name is a document evidencing debt the moment it is issued. Once a state has registered a birth document with the U.S. Department of Commerce, the Department notifies the Treasury Department, which takes out a loan from the Federal Reserve. The Treasury uses the loan to purchase a bond (the Fed holds a purchase money security interest in the bond) from the Department of Commerce, which invests the sale proceeds in the stock or bond market. The Treasury Department then issues Treasury securities in the form of Treasury Bonds, Notes, and Bills using the bonds as surety for the new securities. This cycle is based on the future tax revenues of the legal person whose name appears on the Birth Certificate. This also means that the bankrupt, corporate U.S. can guarantee to the purchasers of their securities the lifetime labor and tax revenues of every citizen of the United States/American with a Birth Certificate as collateral for payment. This device is initiated simply by converting the lawful, true name of the child into a legal, juristic name of a person. Legally, you are considered to be a slave or indentured servant to the various Federal, State and local governments via your STATE-issued and STATE-created Birth Certificate in the name of your all-caps person. Birth Certificates are issued so that the issuer can claim exclusive title to the legal person created thereby. Sleep well, fellow slaves.

If gun control laws work, why were 532 people murdered last year in the Anti-Gun City of Chicago?

According to statistics compiled by the Crime in Chicago website, 532 people were murdered and 2,670 people were shot during 2012 in the city of Chicago. The number increased by 71 deaths from the previous year.

That means in a city, where it’s virtually impossible for a law abiding citizen to legally own a gun, an average 7.3 people were shot every day. 

2013 off to a deadly start:

In the first 12 hours of 2013, 15 people have already been shot on the streets of Chicago; 3 have lost their life. When you see numbers like this, you really have to ask yourself why the politicians are so interested in taking law abiding citizens guns? In my opinion, Chicago is a prime example of what happens when these Anti-Gun policies get put in place.

Stronger gun laws will not stop the violence.  In fact, as seen in Chicago, it will only result in an increase in murders and other violent crimes. The only thing these gun control laws do is put law-abiding citizens in a situation where they have to choose between becoming easy victims or criminals themselves in order to protect their life and property.

The criminals are not going to obey these laws, if they did they wouldn’t be criminals to begin with would they?

When the govt decided to confiscate the people's gold back in 1933, they knew that they had to give something back in return (per basic contract law).  They came up with Social Security as a solution.  Loosely, the contract was 'you give us your gold and in return we will provide a fund that you and your progeny can draw from in time of need.'

From that point forward, every newborn child was given a birth certificate with his full name in all capital letters.  That all-caps version of your name is a TRUST that was created for you by your parents and the govt.  Later, it was assigned a number (SSN).  Loosely, the unwritten contract was 'you give us control and taxation rights over your child and in return we will provide benefits for him.'   The parents were grantors of the Trust.  The child became the administrator and beneficiary of the Trust.  The govt became the trustee and executor of the Trust.   Every public servant in the united States has been sworn to serve and protect the Trust (you!).

Your Social Security taxes go to the Social Security Trust Fund.  (See that recurring word 'Trust' again?)  The Social Security Trust Fund is the pool of money allocated for the beneficiaries of the Trust (anyone with a US birth certificate and Social Security Number).

I verified this Birth Certificate/Trust arrangement in a certified letter to the Illinois Attorney General, Lisa Madigan.  By her refusal to deny the arrangement, she has enabled me to record a court affidavit stating it as fact by default and it will stand up in any court of law as fact.

Legally, by creating your Trust, naming you as beneficiary of the Trust, and accepting your payments into the Trust Fund, the govt is responsible for all of your basic needs to keep you (the Tust) alive and protected.  This would include your safety, food, clothing, shelter, medical care and burial.   Your Trust can also be used to pay for charges made against it such as statutory fines and penalties - and you won't even have to step foot in a courtroom if you know what you're doing!

Keep in mind that Trust Law is the same in the US, Great Britain, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.   The names of the Funds differ but the principles are the same.

Know thyself...you are NOT your name.  You are a flesh and blood living being and your name is a legal fiction.  Use this information to your advantage and beat them at their own game.

The US announces plans to arm drones that will be operating inside the US with missiles and bombs as part of a 30,000 strong domestic deployment.

Fully armed remotely controlled aircraft used by the United States military and its allies in the War on Terror overseas are set to begin a new era of operating over domestic soil.

The US military has revealed that stronger and more powerful versions of the famed Predator drones, known as MQ-9 Reaper drones, are being fitted with missiles and other explosive ordinances as part of a deployment of 30,000 drones authorized to fly over the US by the NDAA and the armed drones will now be operating inside the United States.

A military spokesman at the Han Field Air National Guard base in NY said the drones will only be armed with missiles and explosive ordinances when they are operating in airspace over US military bases and are only being armed as part of a program to train others to operate America’s new drone fleet.  [yeah, we've heard THAT before]

Legislation passed by congress authorized the integration of military and public airspace into a single national aerospace grid to support both civil and public drone flights over U.S. skies.

The news comes as law enforcement agencies announce plans to weaponize their drones with “less than lethal” weapons such as tasers, tear gas and rubber bullets.

Overseas, the UK has already equipped their once unarmed surveillance drones to carry missiles.

The Wall Street Journal is reporting that the U.S. congress is expected to pass legislation that will arm Italy’s fleet of Reaper drone aircraft with missiles in a deal that is likely to pave the way for the roll-out of armed drones across the spectrum of NATO allies.

The news comes as the Obama administration comes under fire for his use of drones in the secret U.S. assassination program.

Recently Obama appointed John Brennan as the first ever Assassination Czar delegating him as the sole authority to designate people for assassination under the United States top-secret assassination program.

The appointment led a public backlash which forced the Obama administration to reveal unprecedented details to the New York Times about the use of the drones in the assassination program.

The article revealed a series of hair-raising spine-tingling facts including revelations that Obama personally ordered attacks he knew were going to kill woman and children along with the admission that we are conducting a new type of attack called “signature strikes” which involves bombing entire groups of civilians not even knowing who they are.

Here's an informative article on how to spot a drowning person.  People who are drowning don't wave their hands and scream for help like we see in the movies.  Most kids who drown do so within 25 yards of their parents and sometimes while the parent is actually watching them.

1. Except in rare circumstances, drowning people are physiologically unable to call out for help. The respiratory system was designed for breathing. Speech is the secondary or overlaid function. Breathing must be fulfilled, before speech occurs.
2. Drowning people’s mouths alternately sink below and reappear above the surface of the water. The mouths of drowning people are not above the surface of the water long enough for them to exhale, inhale, and call out for help. When the drowning people’s mouths are above the surface, they exhale and inhale quickly as their mouths start to sink below the surface of the water.
3. Drowning people cannot wave for help. Nature instinctively forces them to extend their arms laterally and press down on the water’s surface. Pressing down on the surface of the water, permits drowning people to leverage their bodies so they can lift their mouths out of the water to breathe.
4. Throughout the Instinctive Drowning Response, drowning people cannot voluntarily control their arm movements. Physiologically, drowning people who are struggling on the surface of the water cannot stop drowning and perform voluntary movements such as waving for help, moving toward a rescuer, or reaching out for a piece of rescue equipment.
5. From beginning to end of the Instinctive Drowning Response people’s bodies remain upright in the water, with no evidence of a supporting kick. Unless rescued by a trained lifeguard, these drowning people can only struggle on the surface of the water from 20 to 60 seconds before submersion occurs.

This case is a frightening example of what can happen when a photographer encounters ignorant bullies with badges. According to the complaint filed in Federal Court, Nancy Genovese, a mother of three, was driving home on County Road 31 past Gabreski Airport in Suffolk County. Gabreski Airport displays a decorative helicopter shell by the roadway to the public, which is visible to all who pass by.

Nancy Genovese stopped her car on the side of the road across the street from the airport in an area that is open and accessible to the public, and crossed over the road to the airport entryway that is also open and accessible to the public to take a picture of the helicopter display. While still in her car, she took a picture of the decorative helicopter shell with the intention of posting it on her personal “Support Our Troops” web page.

As Nancy Genovese was preparing to drive away, she was stopped and approached by Robert Iberger, a lieutenant with the Southampton Town Police. Lieutenant Iberger demanded to know why she was taking photographs. Nancy showed the lieutenant her camera, but Lieutenant Iberger grabbed her camera and handled it “without care”. In an attempt to prevent the lieutenant from damaging the camera, Nancy removed her memory card, which Lieutenant Iberger confiscated. To date, Nancy’s memory card still has not been returned to her.

Lieutenant Iberger demanded that Nancy remain where she is, and he refused to allow her to leave. At this time, Lieutenant Iberger notified the Suffolk County Sheriff’s Office and the authorities at Gabreski Airport of Nancy’s presence outside the airport, and falsely and wrongfully informed them that she posed a terrorist threat.

Suffolk County Deputy Sheriff Robert Carlock responded to the scene, along with various members of the Suffolk County Sheriff’s Office. When Deputy Carlock arrived, he placed cameras on the roof of his vehicle, aimed at Nancy Genovese and her 18 and 20 year old sons who had come to the scene at this point to help their mother. Deputy Carlock ordered all three of them to stand directly in front of the cameras, and not to move...

This is a screen capture from the local ABC Chicago Channel 7 website.  It was posted at 9:10 PM last night, on the day before the Primary.  For obvious reasons it was removed from the site quickly.

It will be interesting to compare with the "real" results.

Remarks: A longwave has been developing for at least two days now, which was first detected over the Southern Plains on Monday morning and has been growing ever since.  HAARP Mag readings have kicked into high gear this morning and pushed a M5 to M7.5 within 2 hours and the peak has been reached.  The focus is now 0.0.  What is the focus on the text?  The wider the focus the more regional the area.  The focus of 0.0 means it will be close to the star location, where as a focus of 5.0 and above usually means a wide area is being focused on.  [focus is centered around Little Rock]

Impacts:  Moderate to Strong longwaves indicate some type of jet dynamics push, which would indicate severe weather and flooding.  If you are within the target areas have your severe and flood preparations ready now.  The last time a M7.5 longwave hit Arkansas people drowned in sudden flooding.

I ran across a thought-provoking comment on another forum that I've paraphrased here:

From deer license sales in four states:

There were over 600,000 hunters this season in the state of Wisconsin .

Over the last several months, Wisconsin's hunters became the eighth largest army in the world. More men under arms than in Iran . More than in France and Germany combined.

That number pales in comparison to the 750,000 who hunted the woods of Pennsylvania and Michigan's 700,000 hunters.

Add about 250,000 hunters in West Virginia and it establishes the fact that the hunters of those four states alone would comprise the largest army in the world with over 2 million skilled shooters.

The point? America will forever be safe from foreign invasion with that kind of home-grown firepower.

After the Japanese decimated our fleet in Pearl Harbor December 7, 1941, they could have sent their troop ships and carriers directly to California to finish what they started. The prediction from our Chief of Staff was we would not be able to stop a massive invasion until they reached the Mississippi River . Remember, we had a 2 million man army and war ships in other localities, so why did they not invade?

After the war, the remaining Japanese generals and admirals were asked that question. Their answer was that they knew that almost every home had guns and the Americans knew how to use them.

Hunting is not just a way to fill the freezer. It's a matter of national security to have an armed and trained population. That's why all enemies, foreign and domestic, want to see us disarmed.

Food for thought when next we consider gun control.
