If the 23 countries in Latin America were to each have a Pick2 dog racing track, and lets say they were to raise: $25 million each Pick2 dog racing track they will raise: $575 million dollars...With it they can hire: 96,000 prisoners each getting paid: $500 a month or 136,000 prisoners getting paid: $350 a month..They can put those: 96,000 prisoners to grow vegetables and fruits for the poor sides/areas of the continent...Then they charge people: 10 cents for the vegetables and the revenue goes to some charity for the continent....The revenue from the 10 cents could buy each country in Latin America a: MACH5 SUPERCOMPUTER...or they could save the 10 cents until enough money has been collected to build the Dubai Tallest building in Latin America....You kill 3 birds with 1 stone...

                                        I was on the internet the other day reading about obesity and i read that there is: 200 million Chineses Obese...

If 100 million chinese obeses were to pay: $25 a month to try and lose weight, it will be: $30 Billion dollars every year...So to the Asian, Middle East and India Drug Cartels if you was to help the: 100 million Chinesses lose weight you will make: $30 Billion dollars every year and you dont have to sell illegal drugs...

India i figure must have too between: 100 million and 200 million Indians obese...

So the Asian, Middle East and India Illegal Drug Cartels can divide it among themselves....

And this way you dont have to risk getting killed or put in prison or any of that bad stuffs....

if India does have: 200 million fat Indian, maybe you can give a slice to the Europe Drug Cartels...like 100 million Indians from India to Europe...
