The winning Powerball ticket was sold in Altus and the Hot Lotto ticket was sold in Henryetta. Anyone know if this has happened in other states before?

Jack Whittaker, winner of $314.9 MILLION DOLLARS, says he's BROKE. I saw the story on NBC News this morning. He blames his misfortune on a civil lawsuit filed by someone. His MISFORTUNE started long before this lawsuit. Anybody who visits this website knows his history. UNBELIEVEABLE!!!!!
