Okay, outside of 'actually' opening my piece with this statement, I'd like to 'officially' open it with a question. "Just where the hell are those staunch and remarkably delusional idiots when you need them to comment on something perfectly legit about their party?" See, America, this is what I'm getting at. These folks, just like your Mike Pence's, are all caught in between a rock and a hard place right now. They can't show up here 'cause they'd have to either defend their party's position on discriminating against folks that HAVE ABSOLUTELY NOTHING WRONG TO THEM, or, speak out against their party in defense of those same folks that HAVE DONE ABSOLUTELY NOTHING WRONG TO THEM. See how that works? Either way, those people have done thing wrong to them...it's God that must reason with them and it's our job to be tolerant while not treating them any differently. Let's take this even a bit farther. What if the Churches, the places where God's spirit actually dwells...the place where His mercy and forgiveness presides decided to turn away these same people and 'refuse them service?'

These are very delicate and controversial times, America, and one must be well versed and balanced with their positions on this. I understand the GOP's general position on one man and one woman and how it's an abomination but, there are many specifics and provisions as well. Then, there's the inability of people to properly study and understand the Bible as it should be 'separated' as required. What does that mean, Lucky? It means that every scripture in the Bible isn't speaking to us or about us...there are lots of areas where a particular time is being described along with those respected people's actions and what GOD SAID TO "THEM." The Old Testament and New Testament are to separated as THE OLD TESTAMENT WAS FOR OUR LEARNING AND REFERENCE AND WAS GIVEN TO ISRAEL.

The Old Testament, the Mosaic Covenant, was for those times back then and it is obsolete (Hebrews 8:13). God established a new covenant with us in the New Testament and we are saved by Grace (Ephesians 2:8) through Faith which means that gays can still get it right and be saved if they change their ways in time. There is a requirement if a person decides to live by Old Testament Laws...they must FULFILL THE WHOLE LAW and not just pieces of it that they like. In general, though, here's where it's at:

Galatians 5:14 and also Matthew 22:39...both of which are the New Testament Law and requirement of us as His children and it goes a little something like this:

For the entire law is fulfilled in keeping this one command: "Love your neighbor as yourself."


Now, America, I'll ask you one simple question. Would you treat yourself and gays the way Republicans treat the gays? Better think about that one long and strong. I see the President as conducting himself the way he's required per the Bible...not perfect of course but putting forth the right effort. This especially when it comes to gays as they're people, too, with souls and civil rights to be treated fairly by everyone. There are people in these blogs that either have or know someone with a gay relative or partner in their family. They may not quite approve of it but, they tolerate it and treat that person with respect, decency, and integrity...and expect others to do the same.

With that in mind, you can see why there's spiritual warfare going on in our country right now. We're fighting evil powers and principalities (Ephesians 6:12), not flesh and blood. The devil is the master of trickery and if you believe that God wants you to hate people that are gay, and mistreat them then the devil surely has you right where he want you. Gays are God's children, too...we all are. You can resist His word but, guess what?

Romans 13:2

Whosoever therefore resisteth the power, resisteth the ordinance of God: and they that resist shall receive to themselves ation.

You think God is telling the Republicans to lash out at all those people that haven't done anything to them? You think those business owners are living the way God wants them to with discriminating against people that only want pay for their service? Trust me, I'm gonna get you there...it's my job. I may not reach all but, I'll reach some just like Speedy said elsewhere.
