I may have had a bad reaction to the antibiotic I was taking, Amoxicillin.

I experience half of those side effects and I don't take anything. But I do read the New York Times.

I only took it after my visit to the dentist. He prescribed it for my toothache, and I never had a bad reaction to it. But if you ever have a new drug prescribed to for any new ailments and you have an allergic reation, you are supposed to let your doctor know right away. Maybe he can give you something else, or a lower dose sometimes. I must be a tough cookie if I didn't have any side effects.
They used to make those cotton wads with codene and I do not know if they still do. You would insert one in your mouth and let it absorb on your gums near the tooth where it aches. Not sure they make these any more. Take care and good luck!
