I'm getting better... gradually... but moving forward.

My average blood sugar is below 140 now with medication.

My cognitive skills are still a bit foggy from time to time and my anxiety is in a much more tolerable range.

I have some location stigma with work and home, but working through it with mental meditation and focus.

It comes and goes at a low level hum.

The ringing in my ear is nearly gone, and my vision is clearing and focusing on close up items is getting better.

Sleep is the most important healing prescription.

We put our server back online, however, it may go down again; we're planning another move when my son gets his new gaming system.

Also, we decided to sign back on facebook in a limited capacity.

It's mostly to stay in touch with family, that's it.

Congrats on your progress. Time can heal a lot of pain. Hang in there and things will get better with proper medication and persistence.

Get outside for a walk if you can, it is very beneficial, for everybody! And you will feel better mentally and physically as a result.
I walk every day, a few time's a day, and it really work's!

@Elizabeth, yep, I get out as much I can with Ann and the boys; sometimes with our baby, Nikki, she's a Border-Lab.

Thank you everyone, it helps a lot with encouragement.

Talk to your doctor about adding magnesium to help with the diabetes, it works wonders for some!
