No you're not. You are a man that is trying to convince yourself that you are a woman. NOT! Surgery will only chance your appearance, not reality.

He is one confused individual. His appearance after the surgery may very well resemble that of a woman but that is where it ends.

Finally LiLSpeedy and I agree on something. I'm sorry, this is totally wrong. Not written in the bible for Adam to make himself into an Eve. And vise-versa.
