Comment by four4me - November 24, 2007, 2:03 amAccording to Tennessee lottery it is as the ball drawing took 4 or more hrs in the morning and another 4 hrs for the evening draw.
What i feel is they never figured a way to use time management in calibrating the ball drawings or there was some laziness going on or they didn't ask other lottery's how they managed to conduct 2 drawings a day without problems. Hence Rebecca switched to computers to cut costs.
