I just retired in March, so I don't have to buy gas to go to work...but food is sky high, and I certainly feel that pinch! ...and I'm just one person. My heart goes out to a family of over 4...I just don't know how they do it!!!! 2.  Comment by Coin Toss - May 20, 2008, 9:57 amI don't know if you folks have ever read the Communist Manifesto but one of the steps is a progressive tax system that eventually eliminates the middle class, leaving only very low wage workers, and rulers.
