For California’s Fantasy 5 draw on 8/23/08, it looks like pairs of numbers that have shown up in the last few days are going to repeat again for the 8/23 or 8/24 draw, so it would be an interesting experiment to run a balanced wheel of 32 plays when picking a subset of 10 numbers.  It looks like 3 repeat from the same draw could also recur for 8/23 or 8/24. The numbers are 2,3,4,14,18,24, 28, 30, 33, 39
