If you believe in the American Dream: Free Lottos: How to create them

Look I don't know what's the process involve in creating a Free Lotto...But i found a way theoretically create one but this is only if they will like to create one, this is only for people that believe in the American dream in the USA and around the world...It doesn't necesarrily has to be in the USA it can be in any country in the world...It could be the Turkish dream, the Slovenian dream, etc...Again this is only if you believe in the American Dream...

What you do? You get 12,000 people each one of them chip in 200 every paycheck for 3.5 years...That will be 200 million dollars...

placed in the bank at 5% or 6% earned interest...At 6% earned interest is 12 million dollars each year...you take those 12 millions and create your free lotto....Now you take 11 millions towards the free lotto....You can give 1 million every month [every 30 days] and make it 10 tickets per week per person...Make it a Pick6/56...And the drawings are done "once a month" but you skip 1 month...Or you can give it out every 33 days...This one has quick pick...There is no 3rd, 4th and 5th prizes there is only 1 prize structure and that's whoever matches all 6 numbers...Or you can give 900,000 to whoever matches the first prize and 1,000 to whoever wins the 5/6 but after 10 winners of 5/6 is marimutel..

With the other 1 million dollars you take it and create a free Pick3 + 2 bonus ball from 1-10 + 1 bonus lucky ball...Is going to be a Pick3/0-9 + the bonus ball is going to be a Pick2/0-9...This free Pick3 + 2 bonus balls plays every week...Every week it gives 8,000...However 8,000 given to 1 player if more than 2 players win they split the 8,000 dollars..If 8 players win all 8 players split 10,000 dollars...This lottery does not have quick pick...Now 10,000 x 48 weeks = 480,000 dollars...That leaves you with $520,000....Every year you are going to be left with 520,000 money that you can use to advertise and run the free lottos...Remember you have all this on the same website...Now you set it up where if you match the Pick3 STRAIGHT you win 25 dollar and if you match the Pick3 + 1 bonus ball you win 100 dollars...If you win PIck3 + 2 bonus ball you win 7,000 dollars and if you match the 3rd bonus ball which will be between 1-5 you win 15,000 plus you enter in a sweepstake for a chance to win 300,000 dollars....You then allow 10 tickets per week per person...Remember this is free...

Now what do you do with the Pick3 + 2 bonus balls + 1 bonus lucky ball???? you look for MegaMillions drawing and you make the MegaMillions ending digits be the drawing for the Pick3 + 2 bonus ball + 1 bonus lucky balls...But you let the bonus lucky ball be MegaMillions Bonus ball ending digits folded into two...

For example: Ending digits are from 0-9 or from 1-10 you count 10 as 0....Well if you let: 1&6 = 1, 2&7= 2, 3&8 = 3, 4&9 = 4 and 0&5 = 5 [i call those crunched numbers] and you let the ending digits of the bonus ball be one of those 5 numbers...

For example if the MegaMillions bonus ball is: 3 then 14, then 25, then 33 then 39 looking at their ending digits it will be: 3, 4 then 5 then 3 then 9 but if you make them into crunched number they will be 3, 4 then 5 then 3 then 4....

Again remember this is free...There will not be too many Pick3 + 2 bonus ball + 1 bonus lucky ball...There are not going to be many of those there might be like 4 in the entire year...But everytime there is a Pick3+2bonus ball+1 lucky bonus ball IT TRANSLATE INTO A MEGAMILLIONS JACKPOT which i think pays 20 million dollars and everytime there is a Pick3 + 2 bonus ball + 0 lucky bonus ball it translate into a 5/5 + 0 in MegaMillions which pays $200,000 dollars...

You let the PIck3 + 2 bonus ball translate into MegaMillions PIck3 + Pick2 ending digits..Example: If 3-7-21-29-44 plays in MegaMillion in ending digits is translated into: 3-7-1 + 9-4...And you let the lucky bonus ball 1-5 translate into MegaMillions bonus ball...Everytime someone logs in a Pick3+2bonusball+lucky bonus ball you log it and store it...You then create a second website, a website that gives MegaMillions predictions for free...But you ask players their complete numbers and ask for their house phone number and when the person wins you mandate as a stipulation that that person donate if is 20 million that they win that they give you/donate 350,000 dollars to you...Remember is free...You take $300,000 and pay the person that gave you the Pick3 + 2 bonus ball + lucky bonus ball which you lied and told the other person that they had a chance to win a sweepstake the truth is that automatically once then Match the Pick3+ 2 bonus ball + 1 lucky bonus ball they are almost guaranteed to be given 300,000 but you can not tell them that because suppose the person that won the MegaMillions jackpot suppose they don't pay? Then you look bad and are looked suspiciously...And $50,000 is donated to charity...When people start seeing that your website had several MegaMillions jackpots under its belt it will be something...

Now once you have the Pick3+ 2 bonus ball + 1 lucky bonus ball numbers logged and you convert them into MegaMillion Ending digits...You deduce...How? Here is how:

Example: suppose 3-14-19-22-35-46 is going to play tomorrow...And you predicted: 3-4-9 the first 3 numbers [first 3 ending digits] and 2-5-6 the second 3 numbers [last 3 ending digits]...

you united them and it will be 3-4-9-2-5-6: You then deduce...and assume the range is a Pick6/46...

It doesn't necesarily has to be a $1,000 threadmill it could be a $500 home computer which those are the prices of a computer, a $500 dollar TV, etc all asking you to volunteer your time...It could be a laptop for a laptop cost between $500 and $600 dollars....If is a $500 computer then there will be: 166 computers every month, or 160 Laptops every month...And all you have to do is volunteer your time maybe 3 hours every week for 6 months or 3 hours every 2 weeks for 6 months...Or attend church...

The problem with this is the DARN TAXES abuebao, they mess up everything...There shouldn't be taxes if you are trying to do good for the better of your country...
