I owed this idea to Delta Draw from lotterypost.com...I dont know if you saw the show on TV but it came on the history channel..It was called: "Breaking Las Vegas"...And in there they show the story that happened in real life about 2 college students who in what was it? 1989 i can't remember the dates but they dropped out of college and tried to break las vegas specifically the Roullette side of it....Well the 2 guys bought themselves a roullette replica and behind closed doors began to formulate equations until they came up with a formula to break the roullette...It was based on a true story...They formulated some kind of equation/formula to do with angles and physics...I believe physics have to do a lot with trigonometry...If the story is true then to crack the Lotto/Powerball all you had to do is make the lotto numbers be like a roullette, let the lotto numbers be INSCRIBED/CARVED into a circle similar to the roullette with the lotto numbers carved into them and let it spin or create a computer program/RNG that spins the lotto numbers in a roullette and pop up the lotto numbers....That's all you need....

I think you can fiind it on youtube.com, just trype: "Breaking Vegas" and look for the roullette part...

this is a good idea, however what you should ask and request is the "SCRATCHOFF" formula/equation/algorithm that will make you win a lot of scratchoffs...you may think, whao what a great idea but it really isnt that big, the scratchoffs is the key...there is like 5 lotteries while there is 40 different types of scratchoffs...

i just saw the youtube.com clip on breaking vegas the roullette wheel part but that one is NOT the one i was talking about...The youtube clip says the story happened in Spain, i was talking about a story that happened in the USA...i forgot to tell you that there are 2 stories about 2 different people that cracked the roullette in las Vegas...The one i was talking about is about 2 college students in the USA...

This doesnt go here but i am going to mention it here so you all know..I got this idea from badger42 from lotterypost.com...Remember when i once said that you could view the lottery as a laberynth or 3 dimentional path [actually like a 2 dimentional path] where you walk and you turn either left or right, well i was thinking you can do the same with the 2 Pick3's ending digits of Pick6, or the 2 Pick2's ending digits of Pick4 if you view pick4 as a combination game and not a permutation game...All based on even or odds going in 2's...For example suppose 4-8-15-17 plays the the 3 dimensional line will go straight the straight again then turn left for even and right for odd in this case it will turn lef then straight again, then left again the straight, then straight, then straight then right then right again...And such a path can be studied by a supercomputer...

You know this just occurred to me...I remember when i was in the navy that i could see a Pick4 combination game as 2 united numbers specifically 2 united Pick2/10 combination game...If you do this you will win only Pick4 combination game combinations that have the first 2 numbers from 1-10 and the last 2 numbers from 11-20...such combination you will win and then you pair them up [unite them] easily as a combination game and then change it back to permutation numbers and you win...All that you will need is a Pick2/10 abbreviated wheel or a Pick2/10 key number wheel...Notice that this is different from a Pick2/0-9 wheel...you wheel the numbers get the winning one and united it with the other Pick2/10 wheel numbers united them and write back in permutation numbers and you win Pick4 "STRAIGHT"....in fact i think you can do this with Powerball....But the thing is find a Pick2/10 combination game wheel...the good news is that it will come out to like 7 combinations or less...

You know you could use a Pick2/9 which is different from a Pick2/0-9....but a Pick2/9 has only: 36 combinations a full wheel, no an abbreviated wheel might have like 8 or 7 or less...And you know what's the good thing about this? That if you view Pick4 combination game as 2; Pick2/9 and you select only 1 combination from the Pick2/9 and 1 combination from the other Pick2/9 it will come out to $1 or 1 ticket, it comes out to less than 10 tickets if you choose more...

You know what i noticed about this system? that with it you can the 4/5 + bonus ball of Powerball which pays: $10,000 which is unheard of...You can win it multiple times per bet...
