Comment by four4me - November 18, 2009, 2:35 pmLooks like the Ukraine flu was miss diagnosed as N1H1 or is a complication of both strains. My mother and father lived through the 1918 epidemic they said it was quite horrible watching them cart away the body's.
The health officials in the US have said that if N1H1 gets a hold of you and isn't treated it could lead to severe pneumonia.

Thanks Four4me! My grandmother also lived through the 1918 flu epidemic, and said when she contracted the Hong Kong flu in 1969 that it behaved very similarly. I got the 1957 flu, also Hong Kong ... both of which lasted a full 2 weeks.
From what I've read this Ukrainian epidemic is being characterized as pneumonic plague where lungs quickly fill with blood and literally disintegrate, "as if burned." That's what really concerns me.

Thanks Maddog! Agree 100%. We used to be able to stay on top of things back when we had leaders interested in the citizens of the US, instead of globalist agenda$ and $pecial intere$t perk$. Now that they allegedly have control over the voting machines where they can elect themselves in perpetuity, we're not quite as useful as before.
