a lottery whose revenue is used for International AID, like disasters and stuffs because as you know, THEY DO HAPPEN....
can someone please email forward this to all the countries in the world, for i am busy....
it doesnt have to be a lottery it can be a casino game that the entire state/country plays...Yes that´s country with an R not county...
