This is a 5-minute recording of a radio interview, just released Monday. I actually got the chills a few minutes into it, when the person go to the point of revealing the information, and I am realizing all at once that there is a very good chance that we have a president who is not legally qualified to be president.
There could be a constitutional crisis coming that will rock the nation to its core.
There is a bit of non-related stuff at the beginning of the tape; just let it play.

In the case of the birth certificate, there appears to be nothing to hide. It just doesn't exist. Or, possibly, it exists in another country.
"A privacy law that shields birth certificates has prompted Gov. Neil Abercrombie to abandon efforts to dispel claims that President Obama was born outside Hawaii, his office says."
It clearly says in the quote above that a shield exists. To me, it doesn't matter what Ambercrombie says. I believ what the law saya. How can he come to a conclusion when he doesn't have access to the records. Maybe he should reconsider how he chooses his words and make a new announcement saying that he came across a stumbling block, which is what really happened.
I know what the guy on the tape is saying, and what I'm saying is that it doesn't make it a fact just because the gov. said so. You put so much credence in what the guy on the tape is saying, as if it's the end all. And you keep avoiding my point about the privacy law. You keep saying that that's not what the guy is saying, he's not saying he came across a road block........well, that's EXACTLY my point that you are missing. Maybe he SHOULD be saying he came across a road block. That's all I'm trying to say.
You have to agree that the privacy law exists right? If you do agree, then you should know that law is what you should be concentrating on, not what a guy said on the radio. Based on that law, the Gov. obviously couldn't get access to the files, so his conclusion is incorrect. But according to you, he said it, so that's all that matters, despite the evidence I presented here cleraly stating that his conclusions were unfounded.
In a similar analogy, if you don't believe me when i say I have a gold ring in my safety deposit box at the bank, and I never open the deposit box to prove it, does it mean the ring doesn't exist?...or does it mean that you are unable to open the box without my consent. You can't come to a conclusion about the gold ring until you have access to the box.
I really don't want to argue over this. You believe what you want to. I presented you with a clear statement of the law showing inaccessabilty to the documents, and your defense is what the Gov. said. Well, in my opinion, his conclusion is based on unfinshed business. Once he has access to the files and wades through them and finds nothing, then he can confidently claim there were no papers, until then, it's just a bad conclusion.
I didn't make the privacy law up. Hawaii did.
If anything, I believe the story released to the AP was simply a way to explain-away the absence of a birth certificate once the governor determined that it did not exist. The only alternative was to admit that it did not exist, because he made the mistake (in hindsight) of so publicly saying what he was up to.
Joker, hopefully you are aware of Occam's razor. "All other things being equal, the simplest explanation is more likely the correct one." Is some crazy twist of facts and laws preventing every last person on the planet from accessing Barack Obama's birth certificate, despite the fact that many people in a hospital have access to birth records, without even a single leak or off-handed comment, or does it simply not exist?
I thought I did address the issues you brought up. You say the Gov. said he didn't find any papers. And i said that there is a privacy law that does not allow anyone to have access. I even copied and pasted the statement like below.
HONOLULU (AP)  A privacy law that shields birth certificates has prompted Gov. Neil Abercrombie to abandon efforts to dispel claims that President Obama was born outside Hawaii, his office says.
"State Attorney General David Louie told the governor that privacy laws barred him from disclosing an individual’s birth documentation without the person’s consent, a spokeswoman for the governor, Donalyn Dela Cruz, said Friday. "
So, If he doesn't have access, how can the Gov. be so sure he's finished his findings?
I am easy to converse with, I think, because I deal in facts, and I have a built-in distrust of the mainstream media, as their credibility has eroded to almost zero. Especially in matters that relate to Obama, who they actively supported and covered up stories like this one.
Comment by visiondude - January 26, 2011, 6:07 pmif it existed in THIS COUNTRY........we wouldn't be having this conversation.
obama is well aware of public concern about his birth certificates origin, and so the only person who wouldn't clear that controversy is a person with something to hide for specific nafarious reasoning.
there is nothing of a national security concern FOR viewing obama's b-cert, so he cannot use that as an excuse.
it IS of utmost importance to clear this controversy, because it is a revelation of the man that seeks to purposefully cover it up. his character and his motives become clear.
if it were "in this country", given net access, we would have seen it front and center by now.
who hides their b-cert? only someone who has something to hide or purposefully lie about.
it is appaling to my sense of ethics, that anyone would purposefully front for this blatant move to deceive the public...
What's Obama hiding and why? All he'd have to do is produce a real not counterfeit birth certificate to silence questions. Why hasn't he???
@ Joker, it's a matter of Constitutional law that he be born in the US or one of its territories in order to be ELIGIBLE to be sworn in as President.
Agree with Todd this may be pose an unprecedented Constitutional crisis provided we have enough ethical people in office to allow it to be investigated as it long since should have been.
Comment by MADDOG10 - January 26, 2011, 8:31 pmIf Mr. Obama truly has nothing to hide, he should be a man about this and produce the Birth certificate that he says he has.
There is no hope and change in a person whom has lied to his constituants as well as the American public. Produce or get cut loose....!
This is going to be a grand distraction. Things like repealing the Glass-Steagall Act happen when the media/citizens are preoccupied with impeachment.
We've had a similar privacy law concerning vital records in Georgia for quite some time.
"Vital Records (State of Georgia)
Birth Certificates
Birth records are available from 1919 to the present. Georgia law and the Department of Community Health regulation require that all requests for vital records include the signature and picture ID of the requestor and the proper fee. Access to birth records is limited to:
*the person named on the certificate
*the parents shown on the birth record
*grandparents of the person named on the certificate
*an adult child of the person named on the certificate
*an adult sibling of the person named on the certificate
*the spouse of the person named on the certificate
http://health.state.ga.us/programs/vitalrecords/birth.asp
However if I wanted to render my personal birth certificate to a billboard on the freeway I could likely hire a billboard company who would do it for me.
Why has Obama NOT made his birth certificate part of public record but in fact has spent millions of dollars suppressing it and defending lawsuits to verify where he was born?
Maybe what obama is doing is waiting for everyone to point so many fingers and then just before election time, release the papers and try to make a fool of the naysayers. That's the only thing I can think of.
I'm not defending the guy because most of you already know i don't like any of them. I just like to find the truth, and to me, so far.....a governor came to a conclusion based on an incomplet investigation, not his fault.....he was forced to cut the investigation short because of the privacy law. So based on everything that he was able to access and found nothing, his final conclusion was that it didn't exist. Well....how can someon come to a conclusion when they are restricted from further investigation, by a privacy law?
Go back and read my analogy of the gold ring in the safety deposit box...
Comment by visiondude - January 27, 2011, 4:06 am(2) no one should have to go searching for it in the first place, if #1 weren't true
(3) that ends the debate, game over

HONOLULU (AP) — A privacy law that shields birth certificates has prompted Gov. Neil Abercrombie to abandon efforts to dispel claims that President Obama was born outside Hawaii, his office says.
State Attorney General David Louie told the governor that privacy laws barred him from disclosing an individual’s birth documentation without the person’s consent, a spokeswoman for the governor, Donalyn Dela Cruz, said Friday.
“There is nothing more that Governor Abercrombie can do within the law to produce a document,†Ms. Dela Cruz said. “Unfortunately, there are conspirators who will continue to question the citizenship of our president.â€
The Obama campaign issued a certificate of live birth in 2008, an official document from the state showing the president’s birth date, city and name, along with his parents’ names and races. But skeptics also want to see the original long-form birth certificate.
Mr. Abercrombie, a Democrat who was a friend of Mr. Obama’s parents and knew him as a child, opened an investigation last month into whether he could release more information about the president’s birth on Aug. 4, 1961. The governor said at the time that he was bothered by people who questioned Mr. Obama’s birthplace for political reasons.
But Mr. Abercrombie’s effort reached a dead end when Mr. Louie told him the law restricted his options.
Hawaii’s privacy laws have long barred the release of a certified birth certificate to anyone without a tangible interest.
Some people have claimed that Mr. Obama is ineligible to be president because they say there is no proof he was born in the United States, with many of the skeptics questioning if he was actually born in Kenya, his father’s home country.
Hawaii’s health director said in 2008 and 2009 that she had seen and verified Mr. Obama’s original vital records, and birth notices in two Honolulu newspapers were published within days of Mr. Obama’s birth at Kapiolani Maternity and Gynecological Hospital in Honolulu.
A Health Department spokeswoman, Janice Okubo, again confirmed Friday that Mr. Obama’s name is found in its alphabetical list of names of people born in Hawaii, maintained in bound copies available for public view.
That information, called index data, shows a listing for “Obama II, Barack Hussein, Male,†according to the department’s Web site.
“The index is just to say who has their records within the department. That’s an indication,†Ms. Okubo said. “I can’t talk about anyone’s records.â€
