Comment by Rick G - January 4, 2012, 2:01 amAfter recent developments I wouldn't put too much faith in the courts. Nobody seems to be using the constitution anymore. Thomas Jefferson is having a s--t fit in his grave right now. He's spinning at about 1200 RPM's.
