Who would want to put all their money in US financial institutions. Swiss banks are one of the safest places.
If I won a major jackpot all the money would not be in US financial institutions.
Hey maybe we can get congress to mandate everyone that hold gold bullion to inventory every year and force them to pay a gains tax on the increased value yearly. If gold went down from when you purchased it tough s**t.
