There is like: 1 Billion people without internet...
If you was to get: 100 million people and get them internet and charge them: $2 a month for the internet it will be: $2.4 Billion dollars that you will make each year...And this way you dont have to sell illegal pharmaceutical drugs and downers drugs, and other type of drugs or getting killed or been put in prison for: 10-30 years....
There are smart way to do things..And this way you can call this the: Internet Cartel...
