The doctor could very well face charges. Prescibe a medication their should be medical reasons to back up the prescription.

With the checks and balances set up in the pharmacies today, if there were over a 50 or 100 tablets of a narcotic drug found in the suite it would make me wonder about the pharmacy.
I know that with certain drugs you would have to be down to your last pill before a refill and a certain amount of time would have to pass before approval along with a call to the doctor for verification and approval.
I remember many many moons ago when I had a wisdom tooth pulled, asking the dentist to check the 100 tablet box for my pain killer on the script pad and she said she was not going to lose her license.
Maybe the FDA should investigate the pharmacist and the doctors that seem to be handing out narcotic drugs like pez.

BINGO!!! As reported on Anderson Cooper 360 and Nancy Grace this evening that there are subpeonas being issued to the doctor and the pharmacy records.
I suspect that Whitney was unconscious by the time she went under the water. Organ failure was mentioned during a few interviews.
There was a possibility that she could've suffered toxic poisoning from the alcohol and the prescriptions.
