If you watched a clip of the president's speech on Insanity Hannity it was sure to have been edited.
It's true that W signed the last spending bill passed by his Congress because he approved of it as well as all those of his Republican Congress' previously after blowing a 900 billion surplus left him by Clinton on his way to doubling the national debt from 5 trillion to more than 10 trillion because of his 3 tax cuts to the rich and the 2 wars of choice he started that he didn't pay for.
Baby Doc W Bush was the 1st and ONLY President to give a tax cut when America was at war!
