What is up with these two ads?

I find it odd to come to LP and see these:

As for the Obama ad, that's a little lopsided. If there was also a Romney 2012 ad that would be one story but personally I don't want to support anything that is supporting Obama.
As for the Sell Your Lottery Payment ad, well there have been posts here on LP about such companies and what snakes they can be.
