I commented about this before. If and when they legalize the illegal Hispanics, the Blacks will be left on the short end of the stick.

Obummer is like Rodney Dangerfield, he gets people riled up then walks away on vacation. He doesn't care what happens to people and the blacks should wake up and look around. They are the ones to get hurt the most.....!

This is a good entry, Emily. With regards to comment #2, it wasn't only blacks that put him in office, okay. Can you try just a little harder to not be 'so biased'? Then, he's not there to be a president for just the black people only. If I had a business, should I be partial to only blacks when other races could be more qualified to do a particular job...and want to do it? EVERY RACE has its' percentage of those that are lazy, unqualified, and unwilling.

There are, in fact, lots of job openings but there is a serious lack of unqualified personnel to fill those positions and this report just came out as well. OJT (On the Job Training) needs to make a serious come back in today's world and this will alleviate the unemployment abroad. Back in the old days, my grandfather said that guys that were dependable and worked hard could leave one job and get another one the same day...maybe even better. It was all word of mouth about a guy's work ethics that got him the job and they'd train him to what they needed. This is non-existent today unless you're the son of the big boss or his nephew etc.

People are intimidated by the criteria they need to meet to obtain a given job and so many people are simply good hard workers more than willing to just learn. Employers need to be conveyed this message instead of turning people away just because they may not posses all the requirements. Also, some job is better than no job and no one should turn down an offer if it get's them of the system. In all honesty, Hispanics will accept the least wage for a given job because of their living arrangements. Lots of them all live in one house and pitch in and help with everything and there's nothing wrong with it at all. Blacks don't inherently live this way which makes it tougher to make ends meet with the same wage that Hispanic guy is tickled to death with. This can't help but to make sense, and, is why more and more employers are raising their wages. This reduces the turn over rate drastically and creates a desire for more people to apply for a given job now.

It's all about a happy medium to get people back into the work force, you know. Every single business that has raised wages is experiencing positive growth and it's public information. When people make more money, they have more money to live, spend, and boost the economy...it's proven. I didn't say that a stocker should make the same thing as a dock supervisor but, a higher wage will keep that stocker around and happier for a while longer than being paid like a burger flipper. Yeah, old buddy...it's taken Obama six years to clean up all the diarrhea Bush left behind both here and abroad. There's not enough toilet paper in the world to wipe Iraq's 'behind' (respect to this blog). I can tell you know nothing about economics because the numbers are as plain as day...the one's Fox won't show unless it hurts the man. For this matter, how many blacks and Hispanics do you interact with daily? How many have you helped? How many of those that want to do better have you listened to, 'DOG. None. Well weezy, first of all I'm not your buddy. Second of all I interact with (2) Hispanics, (1) black, & (1) Vietnamese who just came on board and work for me. Thirdly, I've helped each one of them with the exception to the Vietnamese (Tran), but I'm sure somewhere along the line I'll help him also. Fourth, I listen to each one of them everyday If I don't the job doesn't get done. I have hatred for no one, But I despise YOU, and the black SOB in the white house, who knows nothing more about running a country than you do.

Maddog, you are right, liar-in-chief is way over his head, doesnt know how to run this country, he ignores every major crisis that comes out weekly, lost interest in running the country when he finds he is no longer idolized.

Loser, he is there to be President to American citizens, no one else. He wants to spend 3 billion dollars on illegal people, approximately 60,000 of them. There are millions of Blacks in the inner cities that are laden down with crime and unemployment. Why doesn't he and the rest of the Democrats fix our problems first. There is 9 billion dollars missing in the State Department. What did he and Hillary do with that? You will see more and more Blacks speaking out.

Luckyloser, you mentioned it wasn't only blacks that put Obama in office but you failed to state that 95% of the black voters chose him. You also conveniently blames Bush for this recent wave of illegals when it was your Messiah that signed the "Dream Act" and opened the flood gates. Get your facts straight before reciting talking points from your progressive news commentators.
You may not realize it but it is the black community that will suffer with this group of illegals as having access to low wage jobs and entitlements are just the tip of the iceberg.
