Speedy, you will never learn! You didn't read the report. "Some 32 percent of Democrats join 67 percent of independents and 84 percent of Republicans in holding that view". That is a large number of Democrats.

Unlike you, I read everything. Anyone knows that you can make a poll say whatever you want...it depends on who is doing it. It is obvious that you don't know math. 68% of democrats think the president is competent...repubs will be repubs...it's in their DNA(DO NOTHING ATTITUDE). SAD.

Also that type of polling is called a vox populi, where certain segments of our society is polled. This type of polling is not very reliable ask Romney. LOL
