All Presidents except one, have used the Executive Order or a form of the Executive Order to command and operate the Federal Government. Some used the Executive Order to push through laws when the Senate and Congress failed to move forward on what the leader of the free world felt were urgent and necessary laws that needed to be enacted immediately. Executive Order privilege was granted to the President of the United States by the Constitution.

The Executive Order is a privilege that was granted the POTUS by the Constitution. United States Presidents issue executive orders to help officers and agencies of the executive branch manage the operations within the federal government itself. Executive orders have the full force of law when they take authority from a power granted directly to the Executive by the Constitution, or are made in pursuance of certain Acts of Congress that explicitly delegate to the President some degree of discretionary power (delegated legislation). Like statutes or regulations promulgated by government agencies, executive orders are subject to judicial review, and may be struck down if deemed by the courts to be unsupported by statute or the Constitution.

Many people err about the constitution because of a lack of knowledge. In other words, they are not comprehending what they are reading because they lack an adequate educational background to discern such a complicated document.

" Like statutes or regulations promulgated by government agencies, executive orders are subject to judicial review, and may be struck down if deemed by the courts to be unsupported by statute or the Constitution."

Ignorance is Bliss when one make comments before fully understanding what is being said. It is the courts that will decide what's constitutional or not constitutional about an Execute Order.

@ speedy, no matter how much evidence you show, these right wing nut jobs will always save face, but fail miserably in the process. And sometimes when I post facts about an LP member, the administrators delete the FACTS because they don't want that individual to get exposed by other members. This site is operates under a Fascist censoring format. It's futile to post anything of value here.

The Executive Order may be used when the Senate and Congress failed to move forward on what the leader of the free world felt were urgent and necessary laws that needed to be enacted immediately. This is called delegated legislation. Don't get it twisted. The courts not the legislative branch will decide if what's being done is constitutional. That is why they are there to interpret the constitution correctly. Our opinions don't matter.

The repub trolls as usual gets things twisted. The article is about "How many times Executive Orders have been used by Presidents of the United States". It only talks about how many times former Presidents used them and what in the Constitution gave them that authority. You can't fix ignorance, If ignorance is Bliss. SAD

It is not about how many executive orders written. It is about the contents of the executive order.

And of course every content of the republican president's executive orders were justified right? Such hypocrites. The republicooks ALL have a serious mental disorder. No matter how a republican president screws up, they justify his actions, it's unbelievable to me. Bunch of losers.

And since that maddog moron blocked me from responding on his blog, I still stand by what i said, I don't like either parties, but I'd choose the lesser of two evils. At least the democrats care for the less fortunate, all you crazy nutjobs on the pub sides have mental issues, so i choose to be a democrat If I was going to pick one.

All you losers want is war, and helping your rich greedy cohorts in your wealthy over paid corporations and banks. You don't give a rat's ass about the working slobs. Worse yet, your mental disorder prevents you from deciphering even the easiest logic when presented to you.

And if it doesn't meet your screwed up Fascist standards, you delete posts. Yeah, that's just and fair huh?

So don't preach to me dumbass. As long as you kep protecting your own without letting other's opinions or FACTS presented, you're garbage to me. Bunch of effing hypocrites!!!

Bush is another loser. Can't even pronounce words correctly. What an effin joke. Anyone who can sleep at night after being responsible for thousands of innocent dead people, has to have a mental disorder.

@Onlymoney, you must be getting to the repub trolls. They are no longer following one of the rules of the blog: Do not paste someone else's content into your topic. If you want to refer to a post someone made in another topic, post a link to that topic in your message — do not paste their content into your message. SAD.

I know Speedy, it's rather quite easy to get their panties in a bunch. All I have to do is make factual points and their blood gets to boiling because the frothing maddog can't delete my post in the blogs.

I like exposing hypocrisy and lies, but they don't like it. They'd rather everyone see their side of the story ONLY, to keep the brainwashed in check.

I made a long laundry list about an LP member who most thought was just a nice guy, but the post got deleted twice. I'm just glad they don't have control over me in real life, cause then It would be like living Red China.
