snippet from my local police blotter in regards to local summer hotspot known as the Rappahanock River

both the city in which I still love and the neighboring county of Stafford VA have in the last decade and a half put in a fair amount of work and effort in an attempt to make the river safer including blowing up a smallish dam and cleaning up the river bottom
