The scenario given is to kill an attacker that also has a gun, and to kill the attacker by apparently someone that has never been to the gun range.

An attacker does not necessarily need a gun to attack. I will wait for the officers statement on what happen. I have not seen the officers statement yet or I missed it.

Ok lets just say the attacker has a samurai sword, you shoot to kill,   apparently this big kid was killed in early afternoon..daylight no samurai sword, no knife, no AR15, no Glock, no taser no nothing, cops shoot dogs, dogs don't carry heat, the GD police are fuquing out of fuquing control, they need to be reigned in, they are arresting moms for sending their kids to the GD park to play police cannot be shooting unarmed anybody with impunity.

I do not like some of the actions law enforcement takes but what are we to do without them. If we are to be on our own we better fill the gun cabinet. Be back to everyone carries a gun on their hip.

The cops are never there when you need them, and yes responsible armed citizens would make for a much safer and polite society, every city town state where firearms are commonplace the crime rate is low....very low.

Armed citizens will still the police to make out reports of the event to hand to the DA to see if charges are to be filed.
