Arrogance reeks and cannot handle the facts,  the viewer base of NBC is in the tank,  it is junk TV,  the only thing that gets watched, maybe,  is a sports event,  the rest is crap.  Turness is correct,  NBC is only great in it own little insulated fiefdom in DC and NY,  they are a joke and have been asleep for 20+ years.
