it was never a matter if Ebola came here it was a matter of when.

A person could travel from an infected country to France then to Canada and on to the USA it's not up to us to stop flights from the infected areas it's up to them to stop flights.

Your passport should show customs where you have been. If any of the infected countries shows up on your passport, you are confined for 21 days (or more). This would contain the virus where it first appeared.

And if you don't wish to be confined for 21 days (or more), don't visit those countries. How difficult would this be?

A health worker working in Dallas that cared for Duncan definitely has ebola. Good ideas CT, #3 could be get rid of the entire executive branch.
