Yeah, this is bunch of pure, extra runny BS. He knew the night before...even days before that he'd be attending a session and needed to be sober...PERIOD. Still, he decided to drink, attempt to operate a vehicle while putting everyone vehicle/driver he encountered in danger, compromising the session he was to attend because he was impaired, and ultimately being arrested anyway as the members would've suspected he had been drinking. After all this, America, HE WANTS TO HIDE BEHIND OUR CONSTITUTION FOR WRONG-DOING...CAUSE HE'S PRIVILEGED. You know, the cop performed that breathalyzer for a reason...he must have either smelled it or seen it in the guy's mannerism.

He could've HURT SOMEONE...A FAMILY, AMERICA, and HE WANTS TO HIDE BEHIND OUR CONSTITUTION. Now, who wants to discuss our constitution being abused? Can you imagine if he had actually hit the cop and claimed PRIVILEGE from arrests? See, this is how a lot of Republicans think. They honestly feel that that they're invincible and I've made this clear many times. Instead of just biting the bullet and accepting full responsibility, they look for any and every little thing to justify how they're in the right and should receive a pass. How this type of mentality closely resembles all the shootings is very, very telling.
