The North Carolina Education Lottery's (NCEL) "Carolina Pick 4" will launch Friday, April 17.

Players will be able to purchase tickets starting that morning at 5 a.m. and the first drawing will be that night.

"Carolina Pick 4" is a 4-digit numbers game where players choose a 4-digit number between 0-0-0-0 and 9-9-9-9. Players may also choose to get a "Quick Pick" to have the terminal select the numbers for them.

Players can win from $100 up to the top prize of $5,000 daily. The prizes depend on the play type, play amount and the number type the player selects.

Drawings will be held every evening, 7 days per week, at approximately 11:22 p.m.

The drawings take place at WRAL-TV in Raleigh. They will also be televised on other partnering television stations WITN (Eastern Carolina), WCNC (Charlotte), WILM (Wilmington) and WYCW (Western Carolina).

The winning numbers for Carolina Pick 4 will be available on Lottery Post's North Carolina Lottery Results page (www.lotterypost.com/results/nc) soon after the drawing every night.

The Arizona Lottery's fourth Millionaire Raffle drawing will be held April 23, 2009 at 9:00 a.m. local time.

A new feature in this raffle is the addition of six weekly drawings for $25,000 in the weeks leading up to the big draw.  The $25,000 drawings are scheduled for Feb. 26, Mar. 5, Mar. 12, Mar. 19, Mar. 26, and Apr. 2.

Players are encouraged to buy tickets early because they are entered into each drawing between the purchase date and the final drawing.

Only 350,000 tickets will be sold for the raffle.  Each ticket costs $20, and the ticket numbers are assigned by the lottery terminal in order that they are sold.

To win, players must match the numbers drawn in exact order.

Weekly WinFall is a new, limited-time game from the Georgia Lottery.

In the 10 weeks leading up to today's big drawing, 10 lucky tickets purchased that week were drawn to win $5,000 each. 10 weeks - 10 $5,000 winners each week!

Every ticket purchased during the 10-week period has been automatically entered in the final bonus drawing today, June 30, 2009.

The Bonus Drawing Prizes awarded today will be:

• 1 lucky winner of $1 million
• 1,500 winners of $500 each

The odds of winning a prize can only be calculated once the total number of tickets sold is determined.
