Do not use this page to ask questions about lottery games or lottery results!  This page is only used for web site questions and issues, and for business questions and issues.

We are happy to help, but we will never respond to one-line messages like, "Why can't I register?"  We simply receive too much e-mail on a daily basis to play 20 questions to figure out a problem.  If you have exhausted all online forms of help and still can't find your answer, send us a message, and include as much detail about the problem as possible, including what you're trying to do, what you have done so far (step-by-step), and any responses received from our system, including e-mails and/or error messages.

Also:

• No requests for lottery results.  Our Results page shows current and past lottery results, as well as the ability to get lottery results on your cell phone.
• No questions about lottery games. Post questions about games on the fourms.
• No lottery retailer forms or instructions requests.  We are not the state lottery, and we can't help you become a retailer.
• No complaints about a game, store, or lottery machine.  We are not your state lottery, and we are not a way to contact them.  Post your complaint in the public forums.  Many state lotteries read the forums and will see your complaint.
• No requests for lucky numbers.  If you want numbers to play, post a message on the Forums or try the Lottery Post Quick Picks Generator.  Or become a Premium Member, which gives you access to lots of systems and tools.
• Do not send us your hard luck case.  We have been sent a number of "down on your luck" stories by needy people, but we can't give you money, and we can't affect the outcome of lottery drawings.
• The e-mail you received is a fake, you did not win the lottery.  If you received an e-mail stating that you won the lottery, it is a scam.  Don't ask us if you won or if the letter is real, because it is fake and you did not win anything.  Check out the lottery scams page for details.
