Swofford's second wife, Ann, filed for divorce after he hit the jackpot in November. She walked away with more than $5 million of Swofford's $34.7 million lump-sum payout. Now Ann's sister, Mary Lackey, is suing Swofford for child support. Swofford fathered children by both women in 1993 while still married to his first wife, Sharon. Swofford was living with Sharon Swofford when he bought the winning ticket, though he referred to her then as his "landlord." The two retied the knot Feb. 20.
