And yet not enough people complain about the low prize return in NY Lotto.

This could be an epic saga on the LP.  Didn't they just get a foot of snow?  Keepitreal better break out the snowshoes.

I home keepitreal won. If keepitreal won would he be the first winner on lp that won over $1,000,000?

      Winning ticket was purchased in a city with an international border.  Would be interesting if the ticketholder was Canadian.
