I wonder if Jack played, if so how much, and his reaction to this larger win than his (annuity value).

I just saw an ad on the televison about Jack Whittaker..They didn't name him but he is being sued by the father of the boy who died (Jesse). The father apparently is alleging that Jack and his "millions" contributed to his son's death. I would guess by making so much money available to his grand daughter and her buying drugs galore. The trial is set to start July 10th.  The father has hired famous Nashville lawyer Bart Durham. He may regret getting the lump sum.

It takes Everyone's input to HIT the number..all are equally important.

Long live LLC - and off-shore accounts. Keeping your money in an unprotected account is another IQ test.

that father is an opportunist.  apple really doesn't fall far from the tree, does it?

i hope he loses.  his son is responsible for his own actions.  you don't sue the Kennedy's because they're rich and you're not.

But maybe you can sue the Kennedys because they're Democrat and you're Republican. Of course Maria Shriver of the Kennedy family married Gov Arnold.
