Well if I'm reading the NC lottery website correctly (& I may not be due to lack of sleep ) then there are 10 chances to win $100,000. There are three different ways to get $100,000: http://www.nc-educationlottery.org/how_to_play.aspx#carolinacash Ladyluck2005

Does North Carolina have a sign on their scratcher case stating that all top prizes have or may have been paid on any of the scratchers and that the scratchers are still sold as there are other prize levels remaining in any of the games wher the top prizes are gone?
I noticed recently that S.C. has a sign something like that. I can not remember the exact wording. Stats hunting:  | | |

I haven't checked, but AFAIK the highest prize in an Oklahoma scratch is $25,000. They need six-figure games. | | |

They will post signs in NC retailers if the top prizes go away. I have heard that on more than one occasion. Lady - I am sure the woodwork has been crawling with relatives. That must suck. The North Carolina Education Lottery - so much a joke that here are their mascots:
