I don't like when the relocate the drawing because it can derail my best algorithms! For this reason I included 10 quick-picks from the Leprechaun News in Rutherford, nj because that's how someone won and it's known for the same store to sell two jackpot winners. Use whatever system you like for this drawing, fortune cookies, family members' ages, whatever.

I'm predicting the winners will be a group of people from a Supermarket, in either a suburb of Atlanta or Cleveland.

Now, what happens if no winner will they have it again in Times Square? Also the Mega ad banner I see always says "Jackpots up to 500 million" - which we've never seen it over 400, but what happens then, do they start some kind of rolldown to prevent a 500+ jackpot?

Even with the jackpot jumping to 355 I don't see ANY long lines of people for Mega. I think that in the past people would go to the nearest border town and it got crowded right there but nowadays a lot more states have it and people know how to go where there are no lines.

Look for the Bonus Ball to be 01/10/22/35/04. Maybe.

When PowerBall gets to a record level, it only increases by $25M thereafter, and the rest from sales goes into a side pool for the 5+0 winners. I wonder if Mega Millions would do something similiar.

The thing about systems is they are an illusion as far as I can tell, being a mathematics fan. If there was a system, then people would win all the time. Lottery officials go to great lengths to randomize; otherwise, there would be no high jackpots. Any groupings of numbers is just a Gaussian distribution. The longer it is drawn the more random the distribution. If there is a pattern, the game is flawed. All balls are designed to be as equal as possible.

That said, computerized drawings are only as random as the programmer. Perhaps a multiple power rooted and seeded with a radioisotope emission count. Now, that would be neat.

according to my dog Lotto and my money ball of intutiion...It will roll 2 more drawings and a winner will emerge from the state of texas and move to a palatial penthouse in the west village in NY where a chef, chauffer, butler and housekeeper will cater to his needs the jackpot will shatter the guinness book of world records and exceed $600 million.

I heard an interview with Yolanda Vega on Z100 or KTU this morning as I was heading to work.  She is ready to go, and she mentioned that the advertised jackpot amount might even increase today.  She will be inside during the drawing...so no worries about frostbite, gusty winds or frozen lottery balls affecting the outcome!
