I'll just take my $500.00 win and play a couple of mega millions tickets. while $50.00 was a lot for a lottery ticket. its still 10 times investment! not a bad deal. wonder if i would feel differently if I hadn't won anything?

I didn't win, but I still feel it was worth the ride. The new raffle goes on sale Monday at 20 bucks a ticket. I'll get at least one of those. A new twist this time though. They have promised to hold the drawing just one week after the tickets sell out! That beats waiting a month and a half like we did for the Super Raffle. We should know the results before the Fourth of July!

I played the original raffle last year when Michigan had the $20 tickets and my co-workers also did a pool for that one, but $50 a ticket this time? No way! That was just a little too rich for my blood. Plus the wife would kill me if I told her I just spent $50 for a single ticket.

Who hoo! is all I will say. I did not participate by buying tickets...My bet was on where all the major prize winning tickets would be...I was right...there were no major prize winning tickets above the line I drew.

JazzMan, No need to continue wondering, I'll swap tickets with you. Although I did not win, I still feel the odds are so much better than the other games that I will continue to participate in the raffle type games.
