80 Thousand?? For $80.00 only I could have fixed the RNG program. Seems that they used the same code to generate the Pick3/4 as the Jackpot games and forgot to advise it that only Jackpot games have to flag off the numbers once they're called. Too bad if they go back to ball drawings now that we're getting such a great education on how their programs generate their drawings. I am guessing the next thing would be a Pick-5  or -6 type game with repeating numbers in the same draw?

HINT: if you see a certain number i.e. "4" comes up often or is due on the 3 or the 4, use the same one i.e. "04" on the Jackpot games. This can probably apply to most RNG games! Unfortunately only for numbers under 10.

I can just imagine also, a Jackpot drawing with "00" drawn or where no numbers can be above "09"?

Actually the next problem we'll probably see is Pick 5 results with repeating numbers -- some "technician" will see that there are no doubles being generated! LOL

This is the second time in articles posted in LP concerning the TN Lottery's conversion to computer draws where customers "seem" to universally agree that the conversion was a bad idea - but even with the bad news about the glitches since then, they continue to play. Doesn't sound "universal" or "unanimous" to me.....

And, before I get jumped on, I prefer ball drawings myself.

Blessed Saint Leibowitz, keep 'em dreamin' down there.....

Next week's convention for Psychics and Prognosticators has been cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances.

It's a valid point, but people are playing a lot less.  Check out the stories and you'll see that sentiment many times.  Either way, it has got to hurt.

I noticed the same thing, but I also noticed that the payouts are lower. I'm not sure if that is because less money is played or if people are still playing and just can't beat those computers. Something I don't understand is why TN moved the lottery drawings up but still can't get the winning numbers out by the times they used to with the ball drawings? Did they move the drawings up because it takes longer for them to fix the drawing? Also as Todd said some people are playing less. I used to play everyday now I play every once in a while and no more then $1.00 per draw. If I wanted to give my money away to some computer I'de go to the local arcade and play video games.

I love doubles and remember, it's just a game!!!!!!

Anyone ever heard of an application called: variable-tracs? As it appears they seem to do a lot more in the hidden arena as well. just think...Today may be"u" for "unique" or "r" for "repeat" numbers. I am in awe as to determine a "t" for "triples"...You now have a portion of their numbers operation and you now know how lottery drawings are controlled when generated by the computer. I say ball drawings are not that dissimilar...Those magnets must be real cheap. One thing for sure. It is clear that lotteries are a combo design issue. As for payout regulation, I have always accused the State Lottery Planners of being greedy. For example: Why does the Pick5 in Massachusetts, New York & Connecticut payoff on a first prize of $100, 000.00 and states like Maryland would payoff only $50, 000.00 and have more numbers in their drawings. It doesn't make any sense...Also, don't forget those stupid lotteries that replaced lotteries that were far better in prize payouts...They're stealing!

I will drive to Tennessee and play Tenn. Lottery, if they bring ball draws back!

I know a good surgeon in Starkville, Ms, that can fix that avatar for you.  His work is on a out-patient basis, too.
