We ought to start sending them emails. Yes definately!!! I've sent several asking when they will get something and they say when the lottery head thinks its time..Well we should all start sending them emails like Tenaj said and get our friends to start and so forth..Maybe they just don't know what we want. It would not hurt to request that they send our emails to the head dude, I forget his name. Thats mi story and I'm sticking with it....

We can also write intelligent Letters to the Editor of this story and state our opinions to why we as players think the sales are sluggish. From the Observer? (this source says Lottery Post Staff)

Why not advertise for places strictly for the games and maybe a soda machine and cigarettes ONLY. This way it would not interfer with the other store items being sold. Just strictly a Lottery Game Outlet Store. If the pick 4 game gets here next year, I beleive they would see a change in sales; then it depends on what is paid out for the wins. I have also been emailing NC Lottery concerning the Pick 4 games. Maybe more of us players should continue contacting them, maybe they will soon hear us, or continue crossing the border.

I can understand why it would not be a money maker with the amount NC pays for every ticket sold and not giving the store that sells the winning ticket a bonus is just not good business. IMO.

I think is it written in the NC lottery law that just strictly a lottery game outlet stores are forbidden.
You can go on the NC General Assembly website and get the laws that were written for this lottery. It was set up for failure. But I have a feeling that some of those laws will soon change.
