Could be worse, the marginal tax rate could be what it was 22 years ago at 50% or around where it was when Carter and those he followed were in office at 70%. Even worse still they could be what they were in the 40s and early 60s....

Hopefully when Obama and the Democrats are in almost full power they don't go nuts with trying to raise taxes and actually work on reducing government spending and waste. But I doubt that...
