This is yet another example of why requiring lottery winners to be publicly identified is crazy. There is no need for winners to be publicly indentify, here in NSW, winners are allowed to remain anonymous and 99% do. Requiring winners to go public, can be disaster for the winners. "Friends" and family expect "help" and relationships can breakdown if they don't feel they are getting a fair "share".
