Oklahoma Lottery: Oklahoma Lottery starts daily drawings of Cash 5 gameRating:Beginning tonight, July 1, the Oklahoma Lottery will conduct daily drawings of its Cash 5 game.
For $1 per play, lottery players now have more chances to win the top prize of $25,000 with taxes paid.
"We wanted to offer our players more chances to win and increase the excitement surrounding this popular game," said Jim Scroggins, executive director for the Oklahoma Lottery. "For just one dollar, a return of $25,000 is a thrilling win."
The drawings were previously held every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.
To play Cash 5, players select 5 numbers, 1 through 36. Cash 5 tickets may be purchased until 8:59 p.m. Central Time daily, and the drawing takes place at 9:58 p.m.
The Cash 5 winning numbers are displayed on Lottery Post's Oklahoma Lottery Results page (www.lotterypost.com/results/ok) within minutes of the drawing.
