> the funny thing is that i bought 55.00 worth of powerball tickets in TN and i did not get one number out of every one of them. When I ran a pool, I would make up slips with all the MBs or PB's so we were at least guaranteed $2 or $3..... MarkP PS I'll take $330 Mil...

With its jackpot at $207M, MegaMillions had enough people excited about winning to make it a news story. Friday, the local TV stations had stories of people buying tickets and dreaming of being a millionaire. Usually when this happens people who don't normally play or follow the lotteries will start buying tickets so I expect there will be a big jump in ticket sales for Tuesday drawing making it more likely someone will win. * that which happens most * * is most likely to happen again *

If you had manually picked all 39 bonus numbers on your auto/quick picks, you would have at least got a 0+1 for $3. LOL don't think anyone wants to spend $39 and get $3. I think most players are targeting the top prize or at least a second one (which by the way doesn't require hitting mega number). Good luck everyone... Though MM jackpots in $200 000 000 range are mostly won in Ohio I got my tickets too.

I think that it's Illinois turn. But the player will have crossed from Wisconsin. And when he wins, he's taking his cash to Wyoming where he won't pay any more state taxes....

I don't think adamc224 wanted to buy 55 PowerBall quick pick tickets and win nothing either. LOL I hope what you said about Ohio is true, I'm overdue for a big win. * that which happens most * * is most likely to happen again *

I'm gonna buy one hundred ticket worth of quickpix in Queens and one hundred in manhattan and one hundred in brooklyn and one hundred in NJ i hope you are right. i would like to see that big a jackpot.

Thats a good plan.....those areas always win at least the 250,000 dollar prize and Queens recently won a MM jackpot....if I lived there I would do the same ....I live in a county in NY.....that has never one a 250k or jackpot.....I still play though......one day it could come to my county queens new york won that last big jackpot. a store on hillside ave.
