Bet it was somebody going to court across the street who went in the gas station to get a cup of coffee or a pack of smokes and bought the ticket on the spur of the moment, threw it in the glove compartment or console where it's still laying forgotten about right now. They'll come across it in a few months when they're looking for something else, notice the date is expired and throw it away, never being the wiser. And when you think about it, they're probably better off not knowing at that point. . The water ain't never gonna run clear til you get the pigs out of the creek.

I use to buy tickets put them up and forget about them...nasty habit I had a few years ago...I wouldn't doubt it if I had a big win a few years back and didn't check the tickets and tossed them out. I DO NOT DO THAT ANY MORE!

You buy so many tickets and lose so many times that you sometimes just pile them up somewhere after you buy them hoping one day you will check them. Some hit but never know it, some will never hit and some will hit and wont even be ready
