New Hampshire Lottery: Lottery ticket worth $12.5M sold in N.H.The New Hampshire Lottery says someone bought a Tri-State Megabucks Plus lottery ticket worth $12.5 million. The lottery agency says the jackpot is the biggest for a single ticket in the game's 25-year history. The jackpot hit $16.4 million in January 1992, but there were two winning tickets. The winning ticket for Wednesday's drawing was sold at Top of the Hill in Dalton. The winner has the choice of receiving the prize in annual installments over 30 years or taking a lump sum payment of approximately $7.8 million before taxes. The owners of Top of the Hill, John and Merelyn Richard, will receive a $30,000 commission for selling the winning ticket. AP We'd love to see your comments here! That'll be one happy New Hampshironian. Or would it be New Hampshirinian? New Hampshirite? New Hampshirina? New Hampshirooney? They really should change the name of that state. This has been unnecessarily confusing people for years. Maybe Vermont should just annex them so we would know what to call them - Vermontoonians. . I will not comply. I will never submit.

Whew, top dog jackpot win of game's history. Fun, fun, fun!!! I wonder if someone from a different state won it?  Having millions of dollars in my financial accounts means more, consistent fun for me.
