The winning numbers have been selected in the South Carolina lottery game that is going to make two instant millionaires.

The complete list of winning numbers for the raffle can be found at Lottery Post's South Carolina Lottery Results page.

Millionaire Raffle is a raffle-style game with a limited number of $10 tickets offered by the South Carolina Lottery. With only 500,000 tickets available for sale, Millionaire Raffle offers 1 in 250,000 chance of winning a $1 million prize.

In addition to the top $1 million prizes, the drawing on Nov. 16 also selected winning tickets for two $100,000 cash prizes, 20 $10,000 cash prizes, and 700 $500 cash prizes.

There were also 10 "Early Bird" prizes of $10,000 each awarded in a special drawing held on Oct. 12.  Only tickets sold to that point were eligible to win an Early Bird prize.

Unlike other lotto-style games, the only way to win a prize is to match one of the eight-digit numbers drawn exactly. Matching some of the correct digits or matching a number in a different order does not qualify for a prize.

Since the two first numbers in each ticket are always "00", Lottery Post's raffle results page gives the viewer the option to show the winning numbers with or without the leading zeros.

Winning tickets must be redeemed within 180 days of the drawing date.

When they say you win a million, you only take home like $400,000 because of the taxes and other.

Thats good bread but it isn't exactly $1,000,000 is it?

You are not paying 600,000 in taxes.

Also Arkansas needs to hurry up and to their rafle. I want my million bucks!

In South Carolina, it's 25% Federal and 7% state off the top.

I was on the site this morning. Saw they had the winning numbers posted.

Congrats to the winners!

I will be there next week -- wish they were still haveing the raffle.

I wonder why Tennessee never has one?

Has TN ever had a lottery raffle?

Yeah, they the first annual raffle in 07.

Had the next one in 08.

They don't believe in holding annual events on a yearly basis though.

So we don't know for sure exactly when the next one will be.
