I wonder why that money doesn't go into the jackpot for that game. It's common knowledge that the state practices "voodoo accounting" and what is pluged into the school fund from the lottery is taken out of education money somewhere else. Concur. As much money that the lotteries generate for state and local governments you would think they would put unclaimed jackpots back into the prize pool. But if you dont check your tickets and claim you winnings in a timely manner then you can't blame them for keeping the money. If it was anyone at LP I can guarantee that jackpot would have been claimed 11 1/2 months ago.

Congratulations Irving! However, I'm confused since WBBM stated: "Owens describes Przyborski as being a "quiet, laid back" man who seemed unfazed by his winnings. He claimed a lump sum prize." HOW CAN IRVING CLAIM A "LUMP SUM" ... IF RULES ARE: IF NOT DECLAIRED WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE DRAWING, THE PRIZE IS ONLY CLAIMABLE AS "ANNUITY." CONFUSING!?! Having millions of dollars in my financial accounts means more, consistent fun for me.
