could be. I 'm not that nieve to beleive that the lottery commission doesn't have some hand as to when a jackpot is hit. do you think the casinos aren't rigged to keep u to dising in quarters. some believe the lottery isnt rigged somehow and some do.like I said before. I put the lottery and casinos in the same barrell with the carnival games,as far as being rigged or not.that's just my take on it. not trying to convert anyone.
As I've said in the past, if you are going to believe that the lotteries "have a hand" in deciding where and/or when a jackpot is won, then you are by definition saying that the lottery is somehow rigging the drawings, and have devised a way to precisely control which of the bouncing balls is drawn from the spinning drums.
And I will tell you that is utterly ludicrous.
Anyone will come to the same conclusion if they spend some time understanding how the machines work and how the drawings work. However, people who will not invest a little time understanding those things, and go on "gut feel" that the lottery is rigged are not doing themselves (or anyone) a service by hurling those kinds of accusations.
I say this with all due respect.
